Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Amalgafy (“we”, “us”) handles information when you browse this website or contact us about Micro-Expert-Router (MER). It covers the public research pages and early-access inquiry flow. Any separately agreed evaluation or service may have its own terms and privacy information.
Information you choose to send
The homepage form asks for a work email address. The detailed early-access form asks for your name, work email, organization, and intended workload. You can also provide your role, model, GPU and VRAM, system RAM, local storage, deployment environment, data-control requirements, evaluation timeline, and additional context.
These forms prepare an email draft addressed to sales@amalgafy.com. They do not submit your inquiry to a website database. You must send the draft from your email app to complete the request. When you send it, we receive the message, your sender address, and any other information you include. Your email provider also handles the draft and sent message under its own practices.
We use the information you send to respond, review the proposed workload and hardware, and discuss MER early access or relevant product updates. Please do not include passwords, credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential datasets in an inquiry.
Website delivery and external resources
Loading a website sends technical request information, including your IP address, requested resource, and browser headers, to the servers delivering it. Hosting infrastructure handles these requests and may keep operational or security logs. This website does not include an analytics or advertising tracking integration.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and homepage partner logos from Iconify. Your browser contacts those providers to retrieve these resources, exposing technical request information to them. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Iconify’s Privacy Policy for their practices. External links, including the source repository, take you to services with their own policies.
Email providers process messages you send to us to deliver and store correspondence. This public site does not require an account, accept payment details, or upload documents for AI processing.
Browser storage and animation
The website stores a language preference locally and uses session storage for error-recovery counters when the reload control is used. The intro animation responds to pointer movement and scrolling in the current page; those interactions are not sent to Amalgafy or saved as a browsing history. Your choices and correspondence
You can browse without sending an inquiry. Sending an email creates correspondence in the relevant mailboxes; closing this website does not delete that correspondence. To ask about information you have sent, request access, correction, or deletion, or stop receiving updates, contact support@amalgafy.com. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
This website does not apply an automatic deletion schedule to email correspondence. Contact us with retention or deletion questions about your inquiry. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
